Yoga draws its roots from India, thousands of years ago. In the last century, the practice has spread and been adapted in other countries in various ways.

I have at heart, not only to create a safe atmosphere for you to explore the practice and to guide you on a path of self awareness, but also to honor and respect the knowledge about Yoga that has been transmitted to me.

By learning to seek stillness and consciousness in the practice of Asanas (postures), the body and the mind become more resilient and when we learn to draw our strengh from the inside we become more easeful on the mat and eventually in our daily life. Practice by practice we learn to become more aligned and find ways to live harmoniously.

My classes are designed as a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, to challenge the body and the mind to find stillness in a pose (Hatha) and to learn to synchronize the breath with the movement (Vinyasa). I guide you through every step of the class, propose different drills to build up strength, help you find your alignement, and explain the transitions and breathing technics. To make the sequences as complete as possible, Pranayama and short meditations are always a part of it.

Yoga means Union in Sanskrit, that’s what I invite you to explore in my classes : the merging of two Yoga styles, the harmonization of your body with the mind, the Union of yourself with life.

My teaching style,

My journey to yoga,

II stepped into a Yoga class for the first time in New-York in 2018 and never stopped practicing since. I did many sports before such as Karate and Dance but in Yoga I found not only a way to move while building up overall strenght & flexibilty, but also a way to feel more at ease and embrace life joyfully. I started to feel the need to learn more and share it.

At the end of 2021 I went to an Ashram to do my first Yoga Teacher Training with Arhanta Yoga : a place where I learned dedication, discipline, sens of community and obviously, how to teach a Hatha-Shivananda sequence, Pranayama, Meditation and Vedic Philosophy.

I went for a second 200hour training in 2022 to deepen my practice and knowledge about Yoga. I learned about Ashtanga-Vinyasa with Yoga Union in Indonesia.

Later in 2023 I did a 20H training with Lisa Donnadieu to learn how to teach inversion & balancing poses.

I keep learning everyday through my own practice and through my students ; I love to read books and self study, I take philosophy classes regularly, and attend workshops in Paris to deepen the things I’ve learned during my trinings. I’ve been told once that knowledge is the highest power when used with kindness and love.
